Park
Generally considered to be one of the richest cities in Florida,
Winter Park is home to many affluent people.
With brick lined streets and beautiful homes in abundance it's easy to
see why folks are attracted to this wealthy city. Central to Winter
Park is Park Avenue, an area known for it's high end shopping. Some
have even said Park Avenue is a shoppers Mecca. Park Avenue is also
the home of many outdoor functions each year including the Winter Park
Art Festival.
Winter Park is also home to Rollins College - a small liberal arts
school consistently ranked very high, the Charles Hosmer
Morse Museum of American Art (including a collection of Tiffany Glass)
and Full Sail - an establishment of higher learning.
