Sanford

Sanford, with its mix of old and new, draws many people in. It has a small town feel with a revitalized downtown which sits on Lake Monroe, a part of the Saint Johns River. With antique shops and much history you could spend an entire day enjoying the downtown shops and waterfront restaurants.

Sanford has seen significant growth in the past few years. With the opening of The Seminole Town Centre Mall and the expansion of the Orlando / Sanford International airport the city has really become a hotbed of activity. Sanford also has a very large, fenced dog park just south of the downtown area. Pet owners enjoy the shade of the large oaks while their pets enjoy the company.
