College Park

With an interesting mix of bungalows and turn-of-the-century (20th that is) homes, a pedestrian oriented entertainment district, brick laid streets and great shopping it is hard to imagine you are just minutes north of downtown Orlando. College Park has that small town atmosphere and charm which is so rare in today's all too busy world.

While many things in College Park are unique a key feature is the naming of some of the streets. Running perpendicular to Edgewater drive you will find streets named for famous colleges and universities. Since the mid 90's this small town, upscale neighborhood has drawn a steady flow of young urbanites which has helped to further diversify the area.
