Altamonte
Springs
Located about 10 miles north of Orlando, Altamonte Springs is
central to most of what Central Florida has to offer. Home to
residential, retail and office space the city is ideal for those
wanting to work close to home. The Altamonte Mall, about three minutes
from I-4, is central to this area and one of the largest in the
Central Florida. This mall includes an 18 screen AMC movie theatre
adjacent to the parking garage.
Altamonte Springs is home to Uptown Altamonte, a new community
designed around social living. This area is a hub where folks come to
live, work, play, exercise and enjoy the urban outdoors. Directly
adjacent to Uptown Altamonte is Crane's Roost Park, a multi-use park
that surrounds a nice lake with wildlife. Crane's Roost park is the
home to many community activities throughout the year.
